What are SDGs?
The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are a set of 17 global goals adopted by the United Nations in 2015 as part of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. They provide a universal framework to address major global challenges such as poverty, inequality, climate change, environmental sustainability, health, and education by 2030. The SDGs are interconnected and designed to promote inclusive, sustainable progress by encouraging governments, organizations, and communities to work together in creating solutions that improve lives while ensuring that no one is left behind.
